A First Time For Everything

Let me start by saying, I do not consider myself to be a rock star.

I am a first time blogger, it's true. I am a musician; a bass player (it's not an oxymoron), and through playing music, I have been able to travel all around the world, and get paid to do it. I have been fortunate, and I have learned from all sorts of people along the way. This is another plus to being a musician: getting the opportunity to meet and spend time with rock stars.

OK, so this brings me to why I am here, and my plan for this blog. When and if I ever think of something I've learned over the past few years from various quote unquote rock stars, I'll try and throw it up here. It could simply be how they perform the mundane chores in life, or it could be how they spend their time on tour; Some may be insightful, others may be useful, yet plenty will be neither! Anywho, that's the plan at least. I'll may also be throwing around my thoughts and comments on the touring musician life, because after all, it is my blog right? Talk soon
